The site was dated, difficult to use and no longer represented the brand. Shoppers want an easy, seamless online experience that makes them feel good about their purchases.
Not just fix the issues but bring to life a whole new experience that is easy, exciting and fun, just like the brand.
Some of the header design has changed since I worked on it. But everything else is the same.
